Triton Square Development Updates

From 1 March 2018, the Triton Square building will go into refurbishment, which will complete in 2020. In order to conduct the works successfully and safely, there will be a number of noticeable changes to the campus throughout the two year project. This page will be updated throughout the refurbishment with any key changes which will affect you if you live near, work at or pass through Regent’s Place:

Site Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
Saturday: 8am to 1pm

Relocation of the InPost Lockers
Date: from 29 March 2018

Our InPost Lockers which allow you to collect and delivery parcels securely have been relocated. You can now find them the rear of 350 Euston Road and The Union Bar.

Monthly Food Market Location
Date: from 7 March 2018

The monthly food market will no longer start from the corner of 1 Triton Square. Instead, you can find all our great traders from the corner of Santander, under the glass canopy of 350 Euston Road and up towards 20 Triton Street.

Hoarding Installation
Date: from 1 March 2018

The hoarding will be erected around Triton Square to enable the works to begin from 1 March, the build of these will take approximately 1 month. The hoarding line will reduce pedestrianised access alongside The Refinery, Santander and also ND Bar and Café. All other entrances of the campus are not affected. At first the white base of the hoarding will be applied, this will be in preparation for planned designs to be applied.

Use of the Plaza’s Taxi Turnaround
Date: from 1 March 2018

The hoarding will affect the taxi turnaround on the Plaza, there will be no access for vehicles to use the lay-by or turn around at this point. Instead, the taxi turnaround which can be accessed via Osnaburgh Street (between 10 and 20 Triton Street) can be used. Please note, parking in this area is prohibited.

Security Office Location
Date: from 28 February 2018

The security office has moved from Triton Square to 10 Brock Street. Should you need to speak to a security officer, or if you are a contractor who needs to sign an estate permit to work or pick up an approved photographer lanyard, you can now find them in the permit office. This is located at the back of 10 Brock Street on Drummond Street. Please ring the intercom to be admitted.

Cycle Racks
Date: from 26 February 2018

Please note that many of our cycle racks will be out of use as of Monday 26 February. Please use the alternative cycle racks near Cycle Republic.

Management Office Location
Date from 19 February 2018

Regent’s Place Management Office has relocated from Triton Square to 1st floor, 338 Euston Road. You can find the entrance to the right of Black Sheep Coffee opposite Santander. Please call the intercom to be admitted.

Ping Pong Table Location
Date: from 6 February 2018

The ping pong tables have been relocated from Triton Square to the planter near the New Diorama Theatre. You can now collect the ping pong balls and bats from the reception desk inside 350 Euston Road. After your epic rally, please ensure you return the equipment to the reception team. Please note that the ping pong tables will be temporarily relocated on the day of the monthly food market.
