Thriving Places
A deeper connection with our local community.
At Regent’s Place, we’ve been working closely with the local community for decades.

Our dedicated Social Impact Manager, based on campus, brings together Regent’s Place businesses and local partners to mutually support, collaborate and change lives.
Regent’s Place is a mixed-use campus where diversity, equity and inclusion can thrive. With a blend of dynamic workspaces, leisure activities, dining options and residents of all ages and backgrounds, the campus reflects the rich diversity of this part of London. Home to an internationally renowned theatre, nationally renowned art centre and innovative workspace pop-ups, Regent’s Place is a gateway to the Knowledge Quarter, and surrounded by unique organisations, and we proudly celebrate that every day.
In addition to promoting diversity, equality and inclusion, we’re creating positive social impact in three ways. One, by funding a wide range of local projects through our Regent’s Place Community Fund. Two, by partnering to provide education, employment, training and job opportunities for local people. And three, through our customer networks, where Regent’s Place businesses collaborate on new ways to create life-changing opportunities and drive social impact locally.
Here are just some of the ways we’re supporting our local community and making a positive social impact, locally.
Regent’s Place Community Fund
The Regent’s Place Community Fund is a unique collaboration between Regent’s Place businesses, created to scale our impact, recognising that we can all achieve more together.
It offers customers the chance to connect with each other and local partners to make a real and long-lasting social impact.
Since 2016, the Fund has raised over £290,000, which has been allocated to organisations in the local area focused on areas including developing local skills and employment, and supporting health and wellbeing.
Thank you to our recent funding partners including Meta, Dentsu, Lendlease, SEFE Energy, CIS Security, and Samsic.
If you are a customer and would like to make a pledge, contact our Social Impact Manager, Nicola Roberts. Or contribute to round 7 of the Fund by donating below.
Bright Lights – Our employment training programme
Bright Lights is Regent’s Place’s employment and training programme, which connects businesses with diverse talent, engages underrepresented groups and prioritises people facing barriers to employment. Working with businesses across the campus, the programme delivers a broad range of skills building activities, including industry education sessions, CV writing workshops, office insight days, work placements and we even help to match local people with live vacancies on campus.
If you’re a Regent’s Place customer and would like to inspire, support and recruit locally, creating real social impact, get in touch to take part in the next programme.
Customer Network
Join forces with other like-minded individuals and businesses from across the campus to learn and collaborate on new ways to make a positive difference locally.
At the Regent’s Place Customer Network, we meet four times a year to have a forum with other businesses in the area to share, learn and support each other. We focus on everything from mental health to diversity, equality and inclusion.
At Regent’s Place, there’s much more to get involved in, including donation drives, education programmes and expert volunteering. If you’re interested in any of these initiatives or would like to discuss another opportunity, let us know.
