Sustainability Strategy Masterclass
Success Stories
As part of a week-long work experience, Bywaters held a sustainability strategy session for local students at Regent’s Place, delivering a masterclass using the expertise of British Land’s engineers, community and property management teams.
Students were tasked with how best to encourage occupiers back to their hypothetical office post pandemic. The session engaged students on the importance of sustainable considerations across the entire lifecycle of their offices, particularly during the refurbishment and operational stage.
Over 25 students took part in this workshop and presented their ideas on how to make the built environment more sustainable.

Greener Spaces
Every single decision we make, every day, is made with our environmental impact in mind. From how we design and construct our new buildings, to how we refit and repurpose our pre-existing ones. From the smart tech we use to make our buildings as efficient as possible, to the way we make sure none of our waste goes to landfill.
And it’s an ongoing journey. We’re always looking for new ways to progress further – and we work hand-in-hand with our customers, suppliers and partners to help them do the same.
