Outdoor coffees, wellness studios and more

Welcome back to Regent’s Place. If you’re venturing back to the office or just in the neighbourhood, discover some of the ways we’re here to help boost your wellbeing – from bike hire to the best places to drink excellent coffee.

1. Grab a coffee and enjoy the sunshine

Pret, Nuvola, Starbucks (order via their app for click and collect) and Black Sheep Coffee are all open with spacious outdoor seating areas for all.

The perfect spot to catch up with a friend or take a breather from the hustle and bustle of London, Black Sheep Coffee is a cult favourite that serves up Robusta single origin specialty coffee from the mineral rich soils along the Bhadrariver belt in India which they describe as: “Double the caffeine, richer crema and lower acidity compared to its Arabica cousin, it features notes of hazelnut and dark chocolate”. Also serving up cold brews (with agave), smoothie bowls, beer, wine and cocktails, it’s a neighbourhood must-visit.

2. Hire a bike and explore the city

With TfL and Brompton Bikes available to hire from Regent’s Place (plus ample storage), we’ve put together some excellent routes so you can explore London using traffic-free routes that will let you see the city by canal or huge green spaces. Enjoy.

3. Visit House of Wisdom

Book social wellness space House Of Wisdom on a lunchtime and you can bring a friend for free with a brilliant two-for-one offer. All of House of Wisdom’s sessions are held in person at the studio from 12-9pm with classes including Crystal Bowls, Gong Baths, Reiki Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Shamanic Healing, Breathwork and Guided Meditations; the perfect way to find some much-needed brain space.
