InnerGood Place 10-Week Fitness Programmes
10-weeks fitness for £20 at Regent’s Place
Regent’s Place has launched the next 10-week fitness programme to get you feeling good in 2019.
The outdoor training sessions are in small groups and led by a personal trainer each week, where you can receive one-to-one expert advice and smash your fitness goals.
Open to all abilities, the Spring programme runs until wc 13 May, with a two-week break at Easter (wc 8 and 15 April 2019).
Your £20 fee goes straight into Regent’s Place Community Fund so you also do your bit for a local project.
Classes have started, but you can still sign up online and join in at any time.

10-Week Running Club with Soraya Merrylees
Join the InnerGood Place Running Club with British Triathlon Coach and Personal Trainer, Soraya Merrylees, for 10 weeks at just £20.
Workout in a small group that meets every Wednesday lunchtime, get expert advice and your body feeling great. The Running Club will journey through the leafy surroundings of Regent’s Park for intervals and technique training – a perfect opportunity to get yourself out of the office with others runners and enjoy the fresh air.
Soraya says: “It’s a running club but it’s not just about running. We’ll be doing intervals and running in loops so it doesn’t matter what your ability is and you won’t be hindered if you’re slow. It’s open to all abilities and you really don’t have to be a runner to join.”
The fitness programme will run on Wednesdays at 12.15-1pm, starting on Wednesday 27th February until 15th May, with a two-week break at Easter (10th and 17th April).
10-Week Cardio Club with Chris Smith
Join the InnerGood Place Cardio Club with Personal Trainer, Chris Smith, for 10 weeks at just £20.
The outdoor training sessions will be fun and a great stress reliever after a tough day in the office. They’re about balance, stability, core strength and improving cardiovascular fitness.
The fitness programme will run on Wednesday’s at 5.30-6.15pm, starting on Wednesday 27th February until 15th May, with a two-week break at Easter (10th and 17th April).
10-Week Bodyweight & Movement Club with Alex Sesto
Join the InnerGood Place Bodyweight & Movement Club with Personal Trainer, Alex Sesto, for 10 weeks at just £20.
In the outdoor training sessions Alex will develop your understanding of how to control the body with more strength through a wider range of motion.
The fitness programme will run on Thursday’s at 6-7pm, starting on Thursday 28th February until 16th May, with a two-week break at Easter (11th and 18th April).
Keep active at Regent’s Place
You can also keep active with other offerings at Regent’s Place, that aim to promote health and wellbeing.
Flykick is a kickboxing-inspired group exercise fitness studio, offering fun and accessible HIIT fitness classes. They’re open and accessible to all, whatever your fitness level or ability. Their first time flyer pack includes 3 classes and a pair of gloves to keep!
Cycle Republic sells ready-to-ride bikes, tools and gear for anyone wanting to swap petrol for pedals and get fit in the process.They even offer 0% finance and free delivery!
Regent’s Park is a stone’s throw away and boasts nearly 400 acres of open spaces with tree-lined pathways and gardens to walk, run and wander. It has excellent sports facilities, and contains central London’s largest outdoor sports area. Hire a rowing boat and join the ducks on the boating lake, visit the Open Air Theatre and London Zoo, then take a stroll up Primrose Hill for excellent views of the London skyline.
