The final phase of Regent’s Place has now been completed.
320,000 SQ FT
The final phase of Regent’s Place has now been completed. An additional 500,000 sq ft of new space has been delivered on Brock Street, comprising two office buildings totalling 340,000 sq ft; 123,000 sq ft of residential; 17,000 sq ft of retail; and 15,000 sq ft of community space.
10 Brock Street provides 320,000 sq ft of offices designed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects. The offices are fully let to Debenhams, Facebook, Manchester City Football Club, Santander Asset Management and Whitefoord LLP.
